Shipping & Payment Information
Sands:
- Delivery available Australia wide with Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post Services.
- Postage will be calculated in the shopping cart at normal Australia Post rates.
- Orders will be posted once payment has cleared.
- Express Post is faster but the package can be treated a little roughly. Please take note that we package very carefully but take no responsibility for breakages during postage.
- We take no responsibility in delayed parcels by Australia Post. The above times are estimates only. Please notify us via email if your order is URGENT and we will do our best for you.

If you wish to pick up, cash on pickup is also accepted. Please email your order to info@candles.net.au.
- Availibility of orders, allow two weeks, for postage times.
- Payments can be accepted via direct deposit into our Bank account, Afterpay and PayPal




Candles:
- Delivery via Parcel Post Australia wide For Express Post and/or larger parcels.
- If candles require postage, an invoice, including shipping and payment information, will be emailed to you with the final proof.
- Payments can be accepted via direct deposit into our Bank account, Afterpay and PayPal.
- Orders will be posted once payment has cleared and candle production has been completed.
- Please use your invoice number as your payment reference and forward copy receipt to info@candles.net.au .
