Can I request any changes to my design?
Yes, Highlight Candles and Sands is a personalised, customised service. We work with you to design the candles you want.
Can I get a reprint on my candles
Yes, we have a small charge for reprints. Here at Highlight Candles and Sands, we reconize that situations happens for dates change of your events. Over the last year we have all had changes to our events dates and times, this is why Highlight Candles and Sands offers this services, of reprint.
Can I pay at Pickup?
Highlight Candles and Sands has varies payment methods. Payments are due upond order or deposit may apply all orders must be paid before goods leave Highlight Candles and Sands.
We have credit card facilities, just give your card details. We unfortunately do not take cash or efpos at pickup.

At Highlight Candles and Sands you order will be treated as priority, due to Postage delays, please allow two weeks when ordering to leave time for postage.
